1970年生まれで、Web歴はもう35年以上となります。かれこれ、50本以上のWebサイトやアプリやゲームを運用してきたので、いつの間にか、ベテランのWebプランナーと言われるようになりました。
元々、ブログを始めようとは思っていなかったのですが、溜まってきたイロハや知識を公開していくうちに、だんだんと形になっていきました。今では、実際に自分の店で仕入れたウイスキーを中心に、紹介しています。基本的には、健康で、美味しいものを食べて、楽しく運用していければいいなと。

I am Whiskey Katsuhara, the administrator of this site.
I was born in 1970 and have been working on the Web for more than 35 years. I have managed more than 50 websites, apps, and games, so before I knew it, I was considered a veteran web planner.
Originally, I didn’t think of starting a blog, but I’ve gradually accumulated a lot of knowledge and know-how, which I’d like to share with the public as it is, and introduce mainly whisky that I actually purchase in my store. Basically, I hope to stay healthy, eat good food, and enjoy the operation.
I also like to cook and give gifts, so I find myself doing things like
